Training session in buddy-style arrangement.
Dedicated lanes for MFC.
The first 15 minutes of the session are spent stretching and/or getting ready to enter the water.
Access to MSAC is either from Aughtie Drive or the Albert Road/Cecil Street entrance.
Parking: MSAC has two car parks with a total of 500 spaces for members and patrons’ use. Please be aware of Terms and Conditions of parking at MSAC, which are clearly displayed at all entrances to car parks.
